Childrenwithtotalbodyinvolvementcerebralpalsypresent a challenging problem for the orthopaedic surgeon.Treatment must be undertaken in conjunction withotherhealthcareprofessionalsin amultidisciplinary setting, andis aimedat improving the quality of life of the patient and their family.This article provides an overview of the natural history of the disease, and of the treatment involved in non-operative and surgical management of these patients.
